Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of purchase. This excludes weekends and holidays.
Shipping Methods:
We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited services. The available methods and associated costs will be discussed with the Linen Harbour Account Executive at the time of the account setup process.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to addresses within Australia Only. If you are located outside Australia, please contact us via email contactus@linenharbour.com.au for assistance.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or carrier issues.
We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Linen Harbour, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer below options.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return requests must be submitted via email to contactus@linenharbour.com.au within 1 day of the purchase date.
Please note that, due to strict hygiene and quality control policies, we cannot guarantee acceptance of returns for all products. Each request will be reviewed and approved at Linen Harbour’s discretion to ensure the highest standards of care for our clients.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact your Linen Harbour Account Manager to obtain a return authorization. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit note will be issued for future purchase(s).
Exchanges Eligibility:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at no extra cost. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact your Linen Harbour Account Manager.
Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, please contact your Linen Harbour Account Manager to obtain an exchange authorization.
